Part of the multi-million pound scheme to improve the county’s magistrates court service, around 100 staff from courthouse offices in Colchester, Southend, Basildon and Harlow have centralised into a new Essex Courts Administration Office in Chelmsford. The XMU+ is providing a single platform to enable the Court to centralise calls from all four offices into one.
