New Subminiature, Piston Actuated Pressure Switch
The design of Gems' new model PS61P incorporates a hardened alloy steel piston actuator for expanded overpressure performance. The PS61P is highly configurable off-the-shelf, with choices of alternate seals, fittings, and electrical terminations to meet unique OEM, aftermarket, and retrofit requirements.
Features Include:
- compact design - less than 2" (50mm) with a 24mm diameter hex footprint
- monitors 510 to 4,350 psi (35 to 300 bar)
- burst pressure rating of 22,000 PSI (1517 bar)
Where space and performance constraints have traditionally excluded OEM pressure switches, the size and extended performance characteristics of the PS61P make a great alternative in applications such as:
- Forklifts, scissor lifts
- Off-road, construction, agricultural equipment
- hydraulic power pack & wind turbine generator nacelle monitoring
