TDK-Lambda showcases power supply innovations at DSEi 2011
TDK-Lambda UK, will showcase an extensive array of new and innovative products at this year's Defence Systems & Equipment International (DSEi) exhibition. A full line-up of standard and configurable power AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters and programmable power supplies will be on display that meets demand for ever more rugged, high-reliability and lightweight COTS and modified COTS (MCOTS) products with industry-leading EMC performance and efficiency.
Among the many products at the TDK-Lambda stand will be the CPFE series of baseplate-cooled AC-DC power supplies. Available for either 500 or 1000W bulk power applications, these units can be paralleled together with active current share to accommodate increased power requirements and/or redundancy. Within an extended temperature range (-40 to +85°C), the CPFE series does not require fan cooling, satisfying applications that need high power but cannot use fans or where the unit is sealed in an enclosure. In addition, these rugged and reliable power supplies hold shock and vibration approvals according to MIL-STD-810E methods and are supplied with a protective coating to guard against the ingress of dust, moisture and other contaminants.
Throughout the exhibition, experts from TDK-Lambda UK will be on hand to provide advice and guidance on selecting power supply solutions for your own specific applications, with the emphasis on combining efficiency with versatility and reliability.
