New Thermostat/Froststat For Trace Heating And Frost Protection Applications

Maintenance Engineers, process companies and building services providers can reduce the overall cost and complexity of temperature management tasks with the HT Series, the Frost Stat is designed for ambient air temperature monitoring and the Process-Stat is designed for contact monitoring. Both versions offer IP65 ingress protection and are suitable for outdoor use.

The ready-assembled thermostats are high performance, precise and robust liquid filled adjustable temperature units. These are mounted inside the enclosure alongside terminal blocks for wiring and a range of knock-out cable entry options are available on each side. The HT Series range can provide temperature control from 00C -400C, 300C -1200C, and 500C - 3200C. The tough TK Polycarbonate and Polystyrene enclosures are light and durable, UV and weather resistant, not prone to corrosion, halogen free, with low flammability with easy knock-out cable entries.

The HT Series is stocked and assembled in the UK at Spelsberg’s Telford headquarters, offering the largest range of ex-stock plastic enclosures in the UK, and can be customised for a particular application, with accessories such as mounting fixtures and cable glands, pre-cut bespoke entries, engraved text and additional terminals added as required.
