Multi-function pliers can crimp almost anything

The Haupa multi-function is compatible with almost all crimping dies, and comes in a set that includes the four most usually required dies, covering insulated terminals from 0.5 to 6mm, insulated and uninsulated end sleeves from 1.5 to 16mm, uninsulated terminals from 0.5 to 10mm, and BNC and TNC coaxial connectors. The pliers and dies are supplied in a handy, high strength plastic case which protects against loss and helps to keep the tools clean.

In addition to the four dies supplied as standard with the kit, CEE Norm can offer a further 22 dies for other end sleeves and sockets, coaxial connectors, fibre-optic connectors, unshielded modular plugs and shielded modular plugs.

The pliers are constructed from specially compensated, high strength steel, with a nickel plated surface. An ergonomic two-component handle with soft synthetic material insert makes the pliers comfortable to use. The design allows for two-handed operation, but features a special gear system that reduces the force required to make the crimp, allowing single-handed operation in the vast majority of situations.

Crimp pressure is readily adjustable, while the ratchet mechanism guarantees proper electrical connection every time. Safe operation is assured thanks to the built-in safety release.
