The versatility to drive any project is available from three new compact portable hydraulic units, with 10HP and 20HP electric or 19HP diesel power.
The electric units are strongly made from two-inch steel tube, to withstand the stresses of site working.
Great features include:
• Variable frequency drive, which maintains flow rate regardless of load.
• A heat-exchanger to cool the hydraulic oil over long periods of use
• Remote pendant control with NEMA 4 enclosure on a 50ft line.
• High-temperature and low-oil auto shut-off sensors.
• On-machine hose and control pendant storage space.
• Both units come with two 50ft, 3/4in hydraulic hoses with flat face drip-less fittings
The electric units are smaller than their output might suggest, thanks to the clever mounting of the long-life electric motor within the oil reservoir, to reduce dimensions andboost site portability.
Both electric units also have their own detachable roller base for easy movement. The base can be inverted and stored on the top of the power supply during shipment.
If their construction is tough, so is their work rate: the 10hp model offers three to nine gallons per minute at 1,800 PSI; the larger model up to double that flow at the same pressure.
The high-spec diesel unit is remarkably portable, its robust build complemented by easy portability thanks to two tubeless wheels and a flip-up cart handle.
The electric-start diesel engine is an Italian Ruggerini model equipped with a five-gallon fuel tank allowing almost six hours of use without refuelling. Ruggerini provides tremendous reliability and a world-wide service network.
Each diesel unit includes a remote pendant control and four 50 ft hydraulic hoses as standard. The pendant is equipped with forward, reverse and neutral positions providing ultimate functionality.
Connections are easy thanksto the top-mounted manifold. The diesel unit can supply up to 12 gallons per minute at up to 1,900PSI.
“All three units have been designed from the ground up, offering the best solutions and toughest constructions for the heaviest on-site jobs, while still maintaining compact dimensions through clever design,” said product manager Mike Mroz.
