Controlflex from SCHMIDT-KUPPLUNG is designed especially for the requirements of shaft encoders. The series “Industry” is predestinated for robust industrial encoders with larger shaft dimensions. The balanced aluminium clamp hubs are anodized to provide a protection against corrosion. The coupling size CPS 23.1 accommodates radial misalignment up to 1,5 mm, angular misalignment up to 1,5° and axial shaft misalignment up to 1 mm with low restoring forces.
On special request the coupling is available in a special compact version where axial length is limited. This will enable the design engineer to save axial space.
