Axially stiff coupling with multiple options
The axially stiff coupling Loewe GK from Schmidt-Kupplung is ideal for torque applications where the coupling has to resist axial motion. The combination of kinematic properties permits additional generous radial and angular misalignment. The series of linear couplings was developed for the precise transmission of pure push and pull loads.
The coupling range is offered with outer diametres ranging from 27 mm to 100 mm and a nominal torque capacity ranging from 4 Nm up to 220 Nm.
Based on the function principle of the Loewe GK, the coupling manufacture has developed a whole series of applications, for example for valve triggering, pick and place tasks and for printed circuit board machines.

In addition individual coupling solutions of the axially stiff couplings for specific applications are in the program. These are, for example, couplings for higher torque requirements, for more compact installation spaces with special dimensions, with customer-specific hubs for connecting with studs, for direct flange-mounting or with internal thread on each side and for special ambient conditions with surface coatings and materials according to requirements.
