At the Viscom show Hexis will use an all-electric TESLA roadster to demo the new films and emphasize their environment-friendly qualities.
The latex films – made of an aqueous emulsion of a plastic material – are free of all those materials with certain environmental issues such as PVC, solvents, plasticisers and heavy metals.
The new HXL300WG2 has a thickness of 100µm and boasts a printed and laminated vertical outdoor exposure of 3 years. It can be printed with all types of solvent and eco-solvent inks including Mutoh bio inks and HP latex ink.
The HXL300WG2 is for dry application only and it carries the proven HEX’Press structured adhesive and PE-liner to make the film repositionable during application and ease egress of any trapped air bubbles.
At Viscom HEXIS is on stand F36 in hall 8. Vehicle wraps using the new Latex film and other cast vinyls will be on demo daily throughout the show.
Hexis manufactures a full line of graphic vinyl and digital printing media used for sign making and vehicle markings.
