HEXIS USA will be exhibiting at this year’s ISA International Sign Expo in Las Vegas to demo the latest additions to the HX20000 and HX30000 series of high performance cast vinyls. The main feature at the show will be new textured HX30000 cast vinyls with exciting surface finishes such as carbon, leather, alligator and super-matt, all available in different colours.

HEXIS is the principal sponsor of the ESF Sign Award and the ESF Sign Summit to be held in conjunction with The European Sign Show organised jointly by ESF and FESPA taking place in London 26 to 29 June 2013.

Both films are PVC-free and do not contain any solvents, plasticisers or heavy metals. The compound is flexible and conformable enough to be suitable for car wraps and in general applications that demand a conformable film.

HEXIS has created NATURally, a range of products that aim to be more environment friendly. These films are PVC-free and do not use any chlorine, solvents, plasticisers or heavy metals. The new range will be presented to the public at the FESPA show in Munich 22 to 26 June.

Hexis S.A., the French vinyl manufacturer, have appointed William Rollfs of Roelofs as their International Business Development Manager in a move to strengthen the company's presence on international markets. He will be in charge of the development of major accounts on an international level. Wim has an outstanding experience in the field of materials for visual communication gained from his work with PSA media manufacturers worldwide.

HEXIS Racing AMR and their Aston Martins swept to their first major international title by winning the FIA GT3 European Championship by a comfortable margin over 2008 champions Ford GT Matech. In the drivers’ standings, the crew of Aston Martin DBRS9 No.3 comprising Thomas Accary and Julien Rodrigues are the new vice-champions of Europe, while Frédéric Makowiecki and Manu Rodrigues took a splendid 4th place.

At the recent VISCOM sign show in Paris Hexis previewed 2 new cast vinyl series for car wrapping applications.

Hexis announces the launch of a new printable cast vinyl film for wall graphics. The VCSR100WG1 is designed for direct application onto brick, concrete or plaster walls.

Hexis has been granted renewal of their ISO 9001:2000 certification for their quality management system for the design, manufacture, distribution and trading of visual communication media and protective films on its 4 sites in France. Hexis have ISO 9001:2000 approval since 2005.

Hexis announce the latest release of their popular Digital Printing Glossary. The 2009 edition of the booklet explains the technical jargon relating to digital printing, colour management, inkjet media and materials targeting non-specialists and those who want to familiarise themselves with the specialist jargon of inkjet printing for signage and visual communication.

Hexis will be present at FESPA Digital Printing 2008, this year’s major exhibition for large format digital imaging, taking place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands 12-14 May. Hexis S.A. has won the prize Best Wide Format Outdoor Media of the Year 2008 for their V3000/V3100 vinyl film for solvent inkjet printers. The prize is based on the product’s “highly competitive price, compatibility and wide range of applications” says EDP (European Digital press Association) who each year select the winners of the prestigious award.

Hexis has been included on the FESPA Digital Green (Planet-Friendly) Trail by the organisers of the FESPA Digital trade show taking place in Geneva, Switzerland.
