knitter-switch, recognised by many as one of Europe’s leading switch manufacturers, announces a new versatile pushbutton switch designed to suit a wide variety of applications where a reliable single pole-double throw (SPDT) latching switch function is required.
According to knitter-switch, the new MZP 1D is particularly recommended for measuring instruments, all types of mobile devices and lighting products such as torches and table lamps where a simple, tactile and reliable switching function is specified.
The MZP 1D is a small ON-ON switch designed for front panel mounting and can be supplied by knitter-switch with a 1A/250VAC rating or with a DC rating of 3A/28V. Requiring just a 4.95mm mounting hole, the MZP 1D features a minimum lifetime of 6000 cycles at full load. A “dry contact” version providing reliable operation at smallest currents is also available to order.
