Altair Engineering, Inc announced today that ThyssenKrupp Tallent Ltd has adopted the HyperWorks CAE platform as an enterprise simulation solution for design, optimization and virtual manufacturing of their automotive chassis components. The flexibility of HyperWorks has proved instrumental in the design of chassis components, subframes and suspension arms in which optimization has been used throughout to improve component performance while maximizing efficient material utilization. ThyssenKrupp Tallent’s HyperWorks decision has also allowed them to take full advantage of Altair’s HyperWorks Enabled Partner Program.

Leading Engineering Services & Consultancy, Assystem UK, Selects Altair HyperWorks for Gas Turbine Design

Altair Engineering, Inc. announced today that the UK Gas Turbine Division of Assystem, a leading engineering services and consultancy provider, has selected Altair HyperWorks to be included in future engineering service projects. Assystem will use HyperWorks and especially HyperMesh, the advanced finite element analysis (FEA) meshing solution of the product suite, to compliment existing analysis software in order to support service and consultancy projects within the gas turbine industry. Prima Industrie Choose HyperWorks Simulation Platform to Develop 2D Laser Cutting Machines

Altair Engineering, Inc. today announced that Prima Industrie, an Italian developer, manufacturer and provider of high-power laser systems for cutting, welding and drilling three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) parts, will implement the HyperWorks computer-aided engineering (CAE) software platform into its design development process.
