The introduction of the HepcoMotion PRT2 Precision Ring Track system gave designers an unprecedented choice of ring slides and segments, bearings and ancillary components from which to choose. And with the latest addition to this huge range the choice is extended for applications where high downward or offset loads are anticipated.

HepcoMotion® has the ability to build ring tracks and continuous motion circuits of limitless size and variation.

The unique design of the HepcoMotion DLS3C linear actuator has solved an application challenge for Garbuio Dickinson. This product is a standard option within the HepcoMotion DLS range and provides a cantilever axis. Unlike other systems however, its drive is mounted on the carriage and not connected to the end plate. So the motor, carriage and cables remain stationary and the beam is the moving part. This presents the designer with some interesting possibilities.

A first rate CAD website has always been a popular element of the HepcoMotion® support programme and naturally the company’s recently launched Precision Ring Track PRT2 is now an important new feature.
