New 'U' clip chain attachment protects against surface damage

A new plastic ‘U’ clip chain attachment for protecting transported items from potential surface damage has been added to the range of accessories from Rexnord. Initially the clips are available for 16 B-1 and 20 B-1 chains.
The clips, which are suitable for any industry where protection is required for transported goods, are made of durable, high-performance engineering plastic that is resistant to solvents and motor fuels. They can be used continuously in temperatures ranging from
-40oC to +110oC and up to +140oC for short durations.
The new can be used in combination with rust, acid or corrosion resistant roller chain. The clips are also suitable for humid environments if they are used in conjunction with a stainless steel chain.
