NEW 300A AND 400A INDUSTRIAL MIG WELDERS FROM WELDABILITY-SIF

These removable wire feed units are supplied fitted internally within the main power source, but can be easily removed and connected to the power source via interconnecting cables for welding at distance, where access is limited.

Both machines are able to feed both solid and flux cored wires with the MIG300E able to feed 0.8mm – 1.2mm diameter wires and the MIG400E feeding 0.8mm – 1.6mm diameter wires.

The MIG300E has 12 adjustable positions over a current range from 40 – 300A and is rated 300A at 25% duty cycle, whilst the MIG400E has 18 adjustable positions over a current range from 50 – 400A and is rated 400A @ 25% duty cycle.
On both machines, the output current and wire feed speed are controlled using a simple to use potentiometer knob, whilst heat settings are easily adjusted using a multi-position voltage switch. They both feature adjustable burn back and a spot weld timer and have Euro connections, can accommodate up to 15kg wire reels fed by 4-roll wire feeding assemblies and are supplied complete with a 3m Euro style MIG welding torch, earth clamp and accessories.

Other features on both machines include industrial cylinder support at back of each machine, 4-wheel undercarriage, fan-on-demand cooling, thermostatic protection and plug less primary cable.
