Axial & radial seals enhance chemical processing reliability

Morgan Advanced Materials has introduced a range of axial and radial seals offering supreme reliability in severe service conditions. Suited for use in a variety of low and high volume sealing applications, including hydraulic systems, valve and actuator assemblies, the seals are highly thermally conductive and resist corrosion due to their rugged construction from carbon, graphite and silicon carbon-based materials.

Morgan’s components perform reliably under stress and their design can be tailored to meet the needs of individual applications. They also combine high mechanical strength, chemical inertness and dimensional stability with ease of installation, leading to reliable performance in nearly any application.

Phillip Charlton, Account Manager/Application Engineer, Seals & Bearings, Morgan Advanced Materials, commented: “Engineers within our Seals & Bearings business continue use their extensive experience in harnessing the properties of state-of-the-art materials in high-performance seal components, working with customers to tailor seal solutions to specific end conditions and applications. These latest additions to the range confirm our ability to understand meet the needs of industries where the most demanding operating conditions are being experienced.”
