WPS showcases investment at Southern Manufacturing
During the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics exhibition in Farnborough, Wilson Process Systems (WPS) is exhibiting and demonstrating its latest investment in high performance contract manufacturing capabilities. 2016 was a record year for WPS, with growth of 28% taking turnover to over £12m.
This growth is supported by its continued investment in new technology, which included upgrades to its automated optical inspection and selective soldering equipment and increased surface mount capacity.
Steve Cooke, Sales Manager, WPS, stated: “Maintaining competitive production costs are essential for us, although 2016 was an excellent year for WPS, and re-shoring of manufacturing within the industry offers numerous positives, we must continually demonstrate the value we bring to our customers, in terms of price, capability and delivery.”
