During the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics exhibition in Farnborough, Wilson Process Systems (WPS) is exhibiting and demonstrating its latest investment in high performance contract manufacturing capabilities. 2016 was a record year for WPS, with growth of 28% taking turnover to over £12m.

Starkey’s first task has been to restructure the internal purchasing team and implement systems to manage the supply chain network to ensure that despite the challenging market conditions which have led to some component lead times moving out, WPS will always seek to have sufficient inventory to fulfil its customers’ requirements for assembled PCBs on time.
