The UVP-630A is a unique solution for LED substrate manufacturers in which a formulated UV curable coating is applied to the edges of the substrate to prevent chemical attack during panel processing.

Christopher Associates today announced that the company now carries Koki’s Surface Mount Adhesives (SMAs). The silica-filled epoxies are ideal for chip attachment during wave solder and double-sided reflow. The adhesives offer both ease of dispense and high bond strength and are compatible with Fuji, Asymtek, Panasonic, Camelot, Siemens and most other machines. A printable version in DEK Proflo heads also is available.

Christopher Associates today announced the US introduction of Koki’s S3X48-M500 and S3X48-M500C Printable No-Clean Lead-Free Solder Pastes. Originally designed and formulated for superior head-in-pillow performance, the pastes also exhibit exceptional wetting and printing. S3X48-M500 and S3X48-M500C are general use SAC305 lead-free solder pastes that are packaged in jars or cartridges, and are ideal for both large and small manufacturers.

Christopher Associates announced that it has significantly extended the warranty on Zoomlight solar backsheet materials used in solar module production. After extensive testing, the warranty on select Zoomlight backsheet materials has been extended to 25 years. This meets or exceeds most solar panel OEM warranties.
