Christopher Associates Announces Product Lineup for SMTAI 2010

In addition to contributing to its technical sessions, Christopher Associates will exhibit the latest solder paste inspection technology from Koh Young Technology, the KY8030-3, which was recently established as the best and most cost-effective solder paste inspection system in the North American market. Additionally, Christopher will display advanced full color AOI systems from Marantz Electronics, an industry leader in inspection.

Koki Company Ltd., one of the world’s leading suppliers of soldering materials, will display an exciting new lead-free alloy with superior performance characteristics. Additionally, Koki will highlight several new solder paste formulations for package-on-package (PoP) applications.

Other products to be exhibited include the Vacu-Nest substrate support system, a patented firm yet soft technology developed by Novatec S.A. Christopher Associates also will display its range of printed circuit fabrication products.

Also at the show, Christopher will display the Japan Unix Unisonik 414R ultrasonic robotic soldering technology. The Unisonik is an enabling technology that allows fluxless soldering to materials such as glass, aluminum and molybdenum. It also is useful for advanced manufacturing processes requiring extreme cleanliness.

Finally, Christopher will display the new Tagarno bench-top inspection system. The Tagarno Magnus essentially is a camera-based tool that displays a crystal clear image of the object on a high definition display. MAGNUS HD combines HD technology’s supremely sharp images and the microscope's ability to magnify with the opportunity of a correct work posture in a safe, ergonomic and flexible digital magnification system.
