The Labfacility 300TXLP is a compact ,low-profile 4-20mA temperature transmitter with an overall height of only 23mm. It can be housed in low profile enclosures or in a DIN block terminal head. There is a choice of ranges for Pt100 and thermocouple types J,K,N,T,R & S.

The Labfacility patch thermocouples affixes to a wide range of surface materials to provide reliable, high sensitivity temperature sensing.

Hydrogen is a combustible gas that is difficult to detect and easily ignitable on contact with open flames, electrical sparks, and static discharge. It is lighter than air and consequently challenging to detect in open, well ventilated areas.

Recently developed by Michell Instruments, the Easidew TX I.S. Transmitter offers a minimal footprint while maintaining exceptional performance and reliability. The new transmitter can be connected in a 2-Wire loop powered or 3-Wire configuration. It features a white HDPE sinter, designed to provide a visual indication of sensor contamination. The new sintered guard provides protection to less than 10 micron and is impermeable to liquids

The Modbus Fast Response pressure transmitter EC6, developed by Baumer’s product segment Process Instrumentation on special customer request, stands out due to its extremely fast response time of only 1msec. For the first time, a very fast, robust and fully configurable pressure measuring device can be provided for applications communicating over Modbus such as pressure test benches and water treatment or gas generation units.

Many manufacturing processes such as furnaces, steel plants, casting machines, engine control, foundries, heat treatment plants, plastic moulding machines, food processing and cooking and baking lines run at temperatures well above 70°C at which most conventional feedback sensors begin to malfunction and fail. Contrinex, the Swiss sensor specialist, has introduced a new range of high temperature inductive proximity switches that is designed specifically for use in such demanding conditions and will reduce costly downtime.

Wilcoxon Research announced that it will add isolator bases to the company’s extensive line of vibration sensor mounting accessories. The new isolator mounting bases protect a vibration sensor from up to 1500 volts of electricity by electrically isolating it from the case of the machine on which it is mounted.

A range of ceramic and stainless steel pressure sensors for viscous and gaseous media is now available, which not only withstand frequent wash downs and temperatures of up to 300°C, but are also certified for use in explosive atmosphere (ATEX, Zone 0) environments.

Baumer’s product segment Process Instrumentation offers the electrical pressure transmitter of the ED 701 series with a range of new features. Therefore the ED 701 is now also highly suitable for hygienic pressure measuring in the pharmaceutical and food industry.

Wilcoxon Research has improved the hazardous area certifications on several of the company’s most popular accelerometers. The changes in certification make the product available for a wider range of safety barriers as well as compliant with the new European ATEX standards.
