Electrical Rotating Joint / Slip Rings
Heason Technology expand product portfolio to include range of standard and application specific custom slip rings. Slip Rings can be used in any system requiring the transmission of electrical and/or power signals to an intermittently or continuous rotating shaft.
Thanks to the small ring diameter, the SRC/SRW series from Heason results in low peripheral speed between brushes and rings as well as reduced dynamic imbalance that means very low wear and long life.

Designed to deliver a flexible, cost-effective, reliable and high quality solution, these units are available in many standard configurations from 3 to 56 circuits. Their compact size allows installation into small systems thus requiring high performances. More applications can be met also based upon customised versions (special: connectors, cables, cable length, number of circuits etc.)
The SRC series uses gold to gold alloy contacts assuring long lasting working life; reducing electric noise, interferences among circuits and low contact electric resistance. These units are therefore specially suited to transmit critical signals, such as high frequency and date rate, very low current and voltages (strain gauges, thermocouples, measuring equipment etc.) Versions with up to 8A are also available.

Benefits:
• Compact
• Fast delivery
• Competitive price
• Ideal for video, digital high frequency signals and data rate
• Gold alloy rings and brushes
• Long lifetime and reliability
• Can be easily customised for special applications
• Versions available with power curcuits
