VICTREX® PEEK™ polymer – already successfully used in the automotive industry for many years – also fulfils the N2580-1 requirements. This standard defines prohibited and declarable substances contained in materials, thereby ensuring implementation of legal requirements and the Bosch customers’ needs. Moreover, Victrex can confirm GADSL as well as RoHS compliance for the released grades. Additionally, all raw materials required for the manufacture of this high-performance thermoplastic have already been pre-registered pursuant to REACH.

Building on the decades of cooperation between Robert Bosch GmbH and Victrex plc, this is a further cornerstone in an excellent partnership founded on the quality of high-performance thermoplastics for use with highly loaded precision parts.
