New Single Phase Synergic Mig Welder From GYS

The Synergic function makes set up of the machine extremely easy and ensures optimum performance. The user simply selects the welding mode, wire thickness and metal type, then sets the current and they are ready to go. The Microprocessor automatically sets the optimum wire speed.

This compact machine is rated 180A @ 25% duty cycle with an 18-28V OCV and is ideal for the business with multiple users or maybe less experienced welders where consistent performance is otherwise hard to assure.

It is designed to weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum using solid wires ranging from 0.6 to 1mm diameter at speeds ranging between 1–15m per minute using a welding current between 25-180A. It comes supplied with a 4m long welding torch and earth clamp.

As an option this machine can be supplied with a motorised spool gun torch which is ideal for use with stainless steel, copper and mild steel wires on 100mm diameter spools as well as AlSi5 or AlSi12 soft wires for car body repair work. It enables the welder to use a second torch with a different wire type and diameter, reduces the downtime required to change to a different wire spool and there is also a wire feed speed adjustment on the gun.
