The coolant is not like other synthetic products which dry the slideways, give minimal lubrication and can be harsh to the skin - it is a 'LUBROCOOLANT' working as a water miscible synthetic oil. The appearance is milky - just as an oil based coolant and it still provides all the lubrication required for cutting and for the machine tool itself.

SINTRAL MCF 565 is a high performance, mineral oil free water miscible lubrocoolant with outstanding “multimetal” features. SINTRAL MCF 565 is a member of a new generation of cutting fluids. It does not contain chlorine, yet with the use of special additives; it is designed as an all-purpose heavy duty coolant.

Where To Use It:

General use in machining operations on cast iron, carbon steel and low-to-medium alloy steel, as well as aluminium alloys and copper alloys.

Excellent for machining aluminium and tough alloys, where extreme pressure is required. Extremely operator friendly with the absence of mineral oil.

Concentrations in water vary according to the kind of operation and to general machined material, they range from 5-7% approx for general machining operations to 8-10% approx for heavy-duty operations.
