Intertronics focus on adhesives and adhesive systems for Medical Device Manufacture
This year at Med-Tech Innovation Expo, 10-11 April 2013 at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry - on stand 6 - Intertronics will be focusing on adhesives and adhesive systems for medical device manufacture - how to address issues such as biocompatibility, process validation, structural integrity and production simplicity in the bonding of plastics, metals, ceramics and other substrates commonly used in this arena.
Their product specialists will be pleased to advise how to achieve optimum bonding, potting, sealing, coating and encapsulation performance using repeatable, validate-able robust processes with the most effective combination of high quality materials, application/dispensing and curing equipment.
On display will be examples from the Intertronics range of ISO 10993 and USP Class VI adhesives which include DYMAX UV curing products plus Opti-tec and Polytec PT epoxies. These are matched with the most suitable application and curing equipment, including Thinky mixing and degassing equipment and dispensing solutions from Fisnar and preeflow. The Liquidyn range of high precision jetting dispensing equipment offers high accuracy and repeatability appropriate to medical assembly processes.
