HaydonKerk Motion Solutions offers superior performance lead screw assemblies with its Kerkote and Black Ice coatings. Designed exclusively for Kerk® components and assemblies and Haydon™ actuator products, these coatings provide permanent lubrication eliminating the need for external lubrication. There are many applications where traditional greases are not appropriate, such as areas where periodic maintenance is difficult or impossible, applications where contamination can’t be tolerated, and clean room environments.

Kerkote and Black Ice TFE reduce friction, improve efficiencies, and extend the life of components. Even lubricant filled polymer nuts benefit greatly from the additional lubrication.
