Easy dispense liquid gasket from ThreeBond

ThreeBond TB1215 is OEM specified by the majority of global motor vehicle producers - it is solvent free, low odour and non-acidic liquid gasket base on RTV-Silicone. Within a very short time it forms a rubber-like highly elastic gasket completely adapted to the surface structure of the flange facing. ThreeBond TB1215 has been designed specifically for efficient application as a sealant in the automotive sector for extremely high chemical resistance, for example in gearboxes, oil pans, water pumps and front covers. It exhibits very good chemical resistance against oils, outstanding mechanical resistance against shearing forces and excellent adhesion even to slightly polluted surfaces. It also offers zero shrinkage and instantaneous impermeability for pressure and fire tests.

The new 200g pressure can is ideal for workshop or on site use while other packs of 310ml cartridges, 20kg and 250kg pails are suited to production environments where it is recognised that they offer cost and stock savings relative to conventional solid gaskets.
