Caster and adjustable foot combine in single unit ideal for gaming machines

The CA caster brings together a high quality nylon caster with an adjustable foot. The product is particularly useful when heavy pieces of equipment need to be routinely moved and securely positioned on a level plane. Using the CA caster there is no need to install separate casters and levelling feet.

Typical examples of this use would be commercial gaming equipment, such as Roulette and pool tables, industrial equipment, such as sensitive weighing and measuring machines, and medical equipment.

The castor/adjustable foot combinations are available in two sizes. The smaller CA-50 (with 50mm diameter castors) have a load capacity of 60kg each and the larger CA-75 (75mm diameter castors) have a load capacity of 120kgs each.

Both sizes are also available in two basic versions; the CAB-50 and CAB-75 Threaded Stem versions and CAP-50 and CAP-75 Flat Mounting Plate version

The CAB-50 and CAP-75 versions have M12 and M16 threaded stems respectively which allow them to be bolted directly through sheet fabrications or screwed into pre-drilled and tapped solid material such as profile systems.

The CAP-50 and CAP-75 versions both have rectangular metal plates with 8mm diameter mounting holes.

In keeping with Sugatsune’s reputation for high quality, there is a further option for the metal components to be either 304 Stainless Steel (CABS- and CAPS) or mild steel (CABF- and CAPF-)

The plastic components are all Nylon with the Threaded Stem (CABS- and CABP-) versions being available in a choice of Black or White.

The Mounting Plate versions (CAPS- and CAPF-) are only available in white nylon in response to customer demand.

All versions have an M12 thread on the lower adjustable foot with a lock nut.

Also a complimentary coloured fixing screw is located on the nylon main body to prevent the wheel assembly from rotating or rattling when the foot is deployed.
