The DC590+ Integrator Series 2 is the latest in an impressive line of DC drives products from Parker SSD spanning the last 30 years and offers unprecedented levels of control over a wide range of DC motor applications, improving both performance and profitability.

The results include the total resistance and load, quantity of resistors required, wiring diagrams together with the price and option to buy the configuration for delivery worldwide.

The latest range of torque motors from Parker Hannifin has been designed to help end users of heavy duty industrial machinery replace traditional motor and gearbox mechanisms with a highly efficient direct drive system. Used in conjunction with Parker’s variable speed drives, the new torque motors are intended primarily for use with plastics and rubber extrusion machines, and with injection moulding, mixing, crushing and winding equipment; in each case, the new motors can help to reduce energy and maintenance costs, thereby improving productivity and profitability, and provide greater reliability and overall levels of performance.

Mclennan Servo Supplies has released a new miniature brushless DC motor with integral drive electronics for precision speed control from Netherlands motor manufacturer Allied Motion/Premotec. Measuring just 32 mm diameter with a nominal length of 42 mm, the compact BL30 EB delivers an output torque of 30 mNm at 3500 rpm with an 11 W power output rating. The motor’s outer rotor design ensures minimal cogging and a high-load bearing system and IP54 protection sealing makes it an ideal choice for small pumps, laser scanning heads, fans, medical devices and other applications where compact design, long life and high performance is essential.

The latest servo drives from Parker Hannifin, the world’s largest manufacturer of motion and control technology, form a vital element in groundbreaking all-electric tube bending machines from Unison. Parker’s servo drives are enabling users of these innovative tube bending machines to achieve savings of up to 90% in energy costs in comparison with conventional hydraulic equipment. The all-electric machines are also providing a more accurate, user friendly and cost effective solution, in addition to minimising the environmental impact of tube bending operations.

JVL’s new additions to the fold comprise two complete, high-capacity MAC Servo Motors with ratings of 400W and 750W. These new products were first revealed at the Danish Herning Tech trade fair this year. Modular, highly integrated and fully functional, Rexroth has announced another milestone for IndraDrive with the launch of the IndraDrive Mi. Through an innovative design build concept, engineers at Rexroth have reduced the total build space required by over fifty percent when compared to traditional servo drives.
