Significant increase in speed from a bistable rotary solenoid which uses permanent magnets instead of a spring. The use of a permanent magnet instead of a spring has resulted in a new bistable rotary solenoid from Geeplus, which the company claims has a significant increase in speed of operation.

These linear actuators occupy a minimal 1.4 (35mm) square space and include numerous patented innovations that provide customers high performance, endurance and new linear motion design opportunities in a small package. The 35000 series double stack hybrid linear actuators are available in three designs – captive, non-captive and external linear versions.

igus® has now developed a new maintenance-free linear unit, “DryLin® EasyTube, for format adjustments. This completely lubrication-free, extremely compact and lightweight system consists of just six individual parts: the leadscrew, tube, two clamping rings, an attachment flange and slide block. The system is available ex-stock with a diameter of 12, 25 or 30 mm.

In a further development of its backlash free and high performance rack and pinion drive systems, Redex-Andantex have launched the DRP+ and KRP+ Dual and TwinDrive servo drive systems. The new servo drive systems are dedicated, in particular, to the large travel motion axes of large machine tools and special machinery. The global offer includes high quality rack and pinion (hardened, tempered and ground), as well as the high precision, very rigid associated servo reducers.
