The I.780 handles from Elesa in elegantly styled glass reinforced polyamide technopolymer are designed for machines and equipment in a wide variety of environments – offering as they do resistance to solvents, oils, greases and many other typical industrial chemicals.

Elesa MTL and MTB series latch clamps provide quick action adjustable clamping and release with an integral 2 stage button mechanism to prevent accidental opening by “knocking off” of the lever. This safety feature is positioned so that single hand operation is maintained.

Elesa’s new GN 927 series clamping levers provide quick, easy clamping forces up to 8 kN in situations as diverse as disability equipment, jig fixing and component/assembly work holding. GN 927 clamping levers are particularly suitable for quick clamping. Turning the support bushing allows the operator to adjust the clamping force to be applied through the lever and simultaneously determine the most suitable position that the lever must assume once the clamping has been carried out.

Elesa’s new M.1043-HEI handle features intrinsically high electrical insulation by virtue of its material construction. This is expected to be of significant value in applications around equipment dealing with high power monitoring and control, e.g. in the electrical power generation and distribution industries, as well as in multi-phase installations.

The novel ELEROLL modular roller track system from Elesa includes hard thermoplastic and soft-touch elastomer rollers plus omnidirectional ball rollers. It is unusual in that it is supplied as lengths of modular track which can be cut down or simply clipped together to suit the installation on-site.

The HCK column level indicator series, from Elesa, can now be ordered or retro-fitted with an electronic sensing and control kit. The SLCK kit includes a magnetic float and two off sensors which fit behind the visual column – plus a pair of spacers to distance the unit away from the reservoir. An important feature to prevent ferromagnetic interference with the float.

Combining multiple functions has many advantages for installers and operators so that the Elesa CFSW-110 IP67 180° hinge has been designed with its own built-in multiple safety switch, in order that in the event of accidental opening of a control cabinet door, machine panel or safety door, it automatically shuts off the power and protects the operators of machinery and production equipment.

Elesa’s new GN7336.7 indexing plungers with clamp knob are used to position, to lock and to make secure elements whose position needs to be changed such as guides, plates etc. By axially lifting the knob, the spring pressure is overcome; hence the plunger is retracted, allowing the positioning adjustment.

Elesa’s adjustable mounting system just got a whole lot more adjustable – by virtue of a new selection of MSM referenced components which include a clamping base, sensor holding clamps, connecting tubes, L brackets, 2-way connecting clamps, flanged bolts and square mounting tube.

Elesa’s new introduction to their proven and popular VC series of lobe knobs features an acetal resin cushioning stud mounted into the end of a stainless steel bolt. This, coupled with the multi-lobe knob design, enables strong clamping force while cushioning the surface contact and avoiding damage to the material being clamped.

Semi-split set collars are a common way of providing end stops on shafts or for fixing components such as end limit switches without the necessity of additional machining in a damage-free way. These new semi-split set collars from Elesa offer high performance at lower cost by virtue of the precision sintering process used in their manufacture.

Market leaders Elesa are delighted to have increased their range of plastic, metal and stainless steel hinges with many standard variants, including specialist types. The Elesa range now includes: The CF series – with the CF itself offering tamper-proof and double pivot hinges, as well as the CFH type in especially common sizes, and the ½ size CFG.

The new Elesa CFSW IP67 180° hinge has its own built-in multiple safety switch, so that in the event of accidental opening of a control cabinet door, machine panel or safety door, it automatically shuts off the power so protecting the operators of machinery and production equipment. The CFSW is paired with its equivalent mechanical hinge, the CFMW so creating a tough, safe installation.
