The team at TRAKRAP produce low waste transit wrapping systems for food and related products. As long-term customers of Elesa for a wide variety of equipment components, they use standard hinges and handles in their machine protection enclosures. TRAKRAP engineers came across Elesa CFSW combined hinge and electrical cut-off switch, which was suitable for just this situation.

At this year’s Advanced Engineering Exhibition, NEC Birmingham, 31st October to 1st November, stand A16 will host Elesa and will focus on specialist equipment and design considerations. These include their new wireless position indicators and hygienic design levelling feet, as well as their ELECOLORS program for matching components to customer colour schemes.

  The recently introduced CFSW hinges with built-in safety switch and the RH-FG16 series of tubular handles, also with built-in safety switch, highlight a significant development for standard component manufacturers Elesa.

It has been announced that much of the extensive Elesa range of standard machine elements, which are designed around the needs of the process and packaging industries, will be on display at the 2018 PPMA Exhibition, taking place on 25th-27th September at NEC Birmingham.
