Bosch Rexroth AG is planning to purchase Interlit Joistgen GmbH with headquarters in Cologne. Interlit Joistgen develops and markets systems for cooling and lubrication technology, which are used under the Interlit brand name especially in machine tools. Additionally, Bosch Rexroth plans to acquire the associated production company MSG Maschinen- und Stahlbau GmbH with headquarters in Joachimsthal (Germany). A contract was signed accordingly on 31 October 2008 in Basel (Switzerland). It was agreed that the purchase price remains confidential. The purchase is subject to antitrust approval.

Bosch Rexroth plans to acquire all shares in Hägglunds Drives AB, which is based in Mellansel, Sweden. The contract was signed on July 18, 2008 in Stockholm (Sweden). The acquisition is subject to approval by the authorities.

Rexroth has introduced a new size to its range of modular directional valves that is rated at up to 25 litres/min and for working pressures of up to 310 bar. The valves are very compact and rugged, enabling them to cope with the harsh working environments inherent in mobile machines.

The latest version of IndraMotion for Packaging from Rexroth gives engineers even more flexibility during product and size changeover. Rexroth’s new FlexProfile function simplifies engineering development of motion sequences in highly versatile packaging machines. Rexroth’s PGH Series 3X internal gear pump features a significant increase in power over previous generations and now covers power classes that used to be reserved for pumps of larger displacements.

The new CDM1 series of hydraulic cylinders from Rexroth has an innovative modular design. Offering engineers greater flexibility in design and configuration, the hydraulic cylinder series is comprised of three variants: CDM1 single-rod, CGM1 double-rod and the CSM1 cylinder axis with position measuring system for a multitude of hydraulic applications. Rexroth also offers the new series, which is built in accordance with ISO 6020-1, as complete cylinder axis with position measuring system and sub-plate.

Newly designed RTC series is the result of 20 years of experience and know-how in the design and development of rodless cylinders at Bosch Rexroth. The pneumatic cylinders are available in four versions, providing the right solution for every demand – and all that in an innovation design.

Bosch Rexroth Limited has announced its acquisition of Oil Control Limited in Coventry; a manufacturer and distributor of high quality hydraulic valves, power packs, pressure, flow and motion control valves, and electrical solenoid valves.

Rexroth has introduced the ‘light generation’ version of its HF valve series, which is already proven for medium-sized and larger actuators. Rexroth’s HF03-LG is a lighter-weight valve terminal system with an impressive flow rate of up to 700 litres/min.
