Kirk Environmental has gained accreditation to the acclaimed Achilles Building Confidence Scheme, which has become recognised by contractors as the main standard for supplier excellence in the construction industry.

This important endorsement for Kirk Environmental acts as a supplier pre-qualification and accreditation service that helps create deeper and more sustainable supply relationships, as well as ensuring that work is only awarded to the highest performing and most suitable contractors.

Andrew Peace, Managing Director of Kirk Environmental commented: “Longer lasting business relationships with key suppliers is a significant area for us, so gaining accreditation to the Achilles Building Confidence Scheme will enable us to continue to drive up performance and quality”.

Peace also believes that the Scheme will help Kirk Environmental further evaluate their supply chains by reducing costs and duplication of effort in providing information to multiple customers.

Building Confidence accreditation was developed by Achilles in partnership with Bovis Lend Lease.
