The fully self contained units are available in ranges from ±1° to ±90° with resolutions down to 0.1 arc seconds. Typical applications are found in bore hole mapping, steel fabrication, structural health monitoring, antenna aiming and other high precision applications. The rugged, fluid filled unit can also be stacked to provide dual axis x and y measurements. The servo sensors have been designed for aggressive applications and are able to withstand 1500g of mechanical shock with an operable temperature range of 0°F to +160°F.

Further increasing the broad applicability of the T935 series, laser etched serial numbers have been introduced for the first time, vastly improving traceability. With the sensors providing precise measurement in the most severe of environments, this traceability is an essential feature.

The announcement follows the recent success of the T820 inclinometer series and continues Sherborne Sensors’ tradition of long and successful market history for servo inclinometers.

Jesse Bonfeld, VP Business Development says; “We are delighted to build upon the continuous improvements across our product range with the release of our new T935 series. This new series of servo sensors offer improved performance, even in the most extreme environments, and are the perfect tool when space is limited but quality and precision of data cannot be compromised. This unit further enhances our precision measurement product range, and resulted from suggestions for product improvements through direct customer feedback.”

Sherborne Sensors can customise all of its inclinometers’ designs to conform to specific customer requirements. All products are thoroughly tested and calibrated to international standards at its AS9100B quality certified factory prior to shipment, and are supported by an industry exclusive two‐year comprehensive warranty and a guaranteed on‐time delivery programme.
