A new pressure transmitter especially for aeronautical applications has been developed by Baumer’s product segment Process Instrumentation. Completely made of stainless steel, the compact device meets the high requirements for the use in aviation operations and can be deployed for the pressure measurement of most gases and liquids.

Inmoco’s new Mercury II 1600 encoder from MicroE Systems provides a breakthrough in both cost and operational performance from digital encoders. Offering high speed (7.2m/s), high resolution (0.5μm) and small sensor size (8.7mm height), the digital Mercury II 1600 uses simple, cut to length tape scales to achieve high performance motion control systems at lower cost.

The individually configurable temperature transmitters of the series 2202, 2203 and 2204 are suitable for the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical and biological technologies, chemical and petrochemical industry as well as for heating, ventilation and air condition applications. The input can be configured for thermocouples, resistance sensors and voltage signals.

Sensor Developments Inc. is pleased to announce a new development in its rotary torque sensor line with our new motor pulley torque sensor, model 01287. This sensor features a highly accurate integrated sensing element, capable of resolving low torque levels while being exposed to high radial loads created by belt drive systems. Use it to replace a standard pulley system for equipment like engines, generators, fluid pumps, or other motor driven equipment and continuously monitor real time torque while in operation. This custom sensor can be adapted to a wide range of belt drive systems and can be installed in a dynamometer test stand or on vehicle.
