Electrically driven pumps have a capacity of 6500m3/hour

A line of electrically driven solids handling pumps, in line with companies 'lowest cost of ownership philosophy', have been introduced by BBA Pumps. Developed using standard norm block construction (NMC), the BA150E D285 pumps offer a modular and compact electrically driven pump design which provides maximum performance at minimal cost.

Featuring a Net Positive Suction Head, the pumps are available of 3-24" and have a capacity of 100-6500m3/hour. In addition to a standard control box and soft starter, the pumps can also be provided with a frequency converter; which ensures a maximum control over the pumping process, not only by using the automatic start/stop but also by increasing or decreasing the speed of the electric motor. The BA150E D285 pumps also have a GPS monitoring functionality, enabling them to be controlled and operated remotely.

Due to the new frames and existing canopies, the pumps can be deployed in sewage or de-watering applications within industrial and rental markets. Because of the standard, lockable sound attenuated canopy the BA150E D285 pumps are extremely quiet and can also be deployed effectively and safely in densely populated areas without noise emissions and with a high resistance to vandalism.
