In recent years, great strides have been made in the development of clean and super silent mobile pump sets, by BBA Pumps. This is driven in part by the stringent European emissions legislation, whereby diesel-powered equipment must comply with the Stage V requirement from 2019.

The most popular pumps from the dry self-priming BA series are now also available in stainless steel 316. These pumps are ideal for a variety of industrial applications, particularly with corrosive environments such as offshore or mining which demand high performance materials. 

BBA Pumps continues to strengthen its innovation leadership by announcing the release of the “RF-system” for the PT150 wellpoint dewatering pumps. This aftertreatment technology includes a VERT certified Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC). It is specially designed for use with small single-cylinder diesel driven pumpsets with minimal engine load and low combustion temperatures.

Since the early 1980s, BBA Pumps has been building the B-series range of self priming centrifugal pumps for a variety of applications. Available in sizes from 1ʺ up to 12ʺ these pumps are particularly popular for applications where low-tech solutions are required or preferred and trouble-free running at a budget price is crucial.

Flood control is an important issue for the Netherlands as the largest part of its surface area is vulnerable to flooding. Water control boards are the independent local government bodies responsible for maintaining Flood Protection Systems.

BBA Pumps has recently launched the new PT150 piston pump for wellpoint dewatering applications. By applying the company’s “lowest cost of ownership” philosophy, and combining this with the global environmental demands, BBA Pumps has succeeded in creating a pump that will set the new standard on fewer emissions and significantly lower operational costs.

BBA Pumps has released the Stage IV pump units in the power range 130 – 560kW, in full accordance with the 2014 European emission regulations for diesel engines in off-road applications.  

A line of electrically driven solids handling pumps, in line with companies 'lowest cost of ownership philosophy', have been introduced by BBA Pumps. Developed using standard norm block construction (NMC), the BA150E D285 pumps offer a modular and compact electrically driven pump design which provides maximum performance at minimal cost.

BBA Pumps introduces the bolt-on pump package. To cater to the offshore industry, where there is no need for a complete skid and/or canopy, we have developed a sub-frame assembly. These units feature the BA-C pump of your choice coupled to a diesel engine, including the control panel, and mounted on a high quality, galvanised sub-frame.
