Customised solutions and solenoid valves for coffee machines
The regulations of the food sector are becoming increasingly stringent. This represents a guarantee for the consumers, but also an important challenge for the manufacturers operating in this segment.
In order to meet these needs, Sirai has committed to manufacturing products, especially for the professional coffee machines sector, that allow the manufacturers to benefit from various solutions and customisations, in full compliance with these regulations. These products have a low content of lead or are 'lead free', made of stainless steels or polymers suitable for the contact with foods.
In the coffee machine sector, Sirai has developed lines of solenoid valves and pressure switches that can provide several versions to satisfy all needs, in compliance with the new regulations:
- Models with materials conforming to the NSF standards
- Valve bodies made of nonstandard materials
- Sealing elements in various materials
- Electromagnets with windings for special voltages and UL or VDE approvals
- Electromagnets with lead wire connections
Among the Sirai product ranges for the control of alimentary fluids, the company has found the pinch solenoid valves that use soft silicone tubings through which the fluid flows without coming into contact with the metal parts of the valve.
