With market leading flow rates on offer, almost unlimited configurations and a choice of connectivity to enhance customer applications, IMI Precision Engineering is upgrading the connectivity of its IMI Norgren VM and VS ranges of valve islands with PROFINET IRT and EtherNet/IP.

For easy interchangeability and compatibility, especially to customers in pharmaceutical and fine chemical field, DDPS has extended its range of disc bottom outlet valves by adding a 60° outlet nozzle version. Designed as an alternative to the approved 45° valve, Cleanvalve with all its outstanding properties is now available, with a 60° outlet nozzle according to DIN 28140-1.

The DNV-GL approval has been granted to Emerson for its ASCO 551 and 553 series solenoid valves. This means that the valves comply with the soon-to-be-introduced (September 2017) worldwide regulations for ballast water treatment.  From this date, all valves used for treating and managing ballast water aboard ships must comply with the new standard. 

The ESV9 series of proportional solenoid cartridge valves have been introduced by Eaton, which help offer a more cost effective, general-purpose solution when compared to industrial-rated valves. The ESV9 valves are also smaller, reducing the manifold size and cost, and allow increased flexibility during installation.

After a year of sustained growth with larger contacts across all of the business areas, and several new framework awards, ECS Engineering Services returns to the Pump Centre Conference. Highlighting its extensive capabilities and the many reasons for its ongoing success, ECS Engineering will be on stand F38, and visitors to the Pump Centre Conference 2017 will be able to learn about a range of screw pump repair and replacement services, as well as general water control project solutions.

  Hanover Fair COMVAC is again this year the meeting place for the international compressed air and vacuum industry from 24-28th April. Leybold vacuum specialist, based in Cologne will also be using the stage to present its vacuum portfolio to the audience.

GAST has introduced a new range of vacuum pumps and compressors to its extensive portfolio. These new products are simple in operation, robust and an effective source of compressed air. The three pump and compressor ranges include sixteen oil-free and oil-lubricated rotary vane models and, in a first for the organisation, four claw pump models.
