Pumps and Valves

Rexroth’s PGH Series 3X internal gear pump features a significant increase in power over previous generations and now covers power classes that used to be reserved for pumps of larger displacements.

Integrated Hydraulics have further extended their range of 2 way bi-directional poppet valves with the introduction of a new 90 litre valve. Designated S716, this new valve is normally open and when energised will close, preventing flow in either direction. An actuator controlled by this valve will be locked in position despite varying induced loads or changes in system pressure.

Brownell panel mounted humidity adsorbers have been designed to protect all kinds of electronic and electrical equipment and systems against corrosion, dampness and contamination by reducing any existing or incoming moisture to acceptable levels, with the added safety of integral indicators that monitor saturation and indicate when reactivation or replacement is required.

Brownell has introduced its Neps1000 (Nitrogen Environment Purge System), which creates dry internal environments for cameras, circuit boards, lasers, high voltage and electronic equipment, optical systems and other equipment at risk of malfunction and long-term corrosion from the damp. It provides oxygen inhibiting with nitrogen gas protection.

Rexroth has introduced the ‘light generation’ version of its HF valve series, which is already proven for medium-sized and larger actuators. Rexroth’s HF03-LG is a lighter-weight valve terminal system with an impressive flow rate of up to 700 litres/min.
