The DryLin® W linear guide, from linear technology expert igus® UK, constitutes a cost-efficient preassembled system. By combining extremely high flexibility in design with simple installation, the DryLin® W offers best-in-class friction and wear resistance. Without the need for lubricants, the system is insensitive to dirt thereby increasing reliability while reducing maintenance costs.
The DryLin® W has many advantages over traditional linear guide systems – it is simple to install, economical, maintenance-free and insensitive to dirt. DryLin® W linear guide systems are lightweight, as well as offer a low-noise operation and good torque absorption. They also have a number of special features, including low coefficients of friction in dry operation, high resistance to corrosion and wear, and provide for a flexible utilisation of installation space.
The ‘turn to fit’ function on the DryLin W allows manual adjustment of the clearance in one turn. Available with single (round and angular) or double rails, with sizes of 10, 16 and 20mm, the DryLin® W offers the ultimate in design flexibility.
