Serapid’s Rigid Push-Pull Chain Technology is perfect for applications where repeatable positioning and the ability to maintain position with no drift are of the highest importance. The interlocking links of Serapid’s system have a simple configuration, and are custom-designed.
The key feature of the Push/Pull Chain is its ability to telescope and retract into a compact magazine. The simple design keeps vibrations to a minimum and is nearly silent – making it ideal for use in medical equipment. The chains are entirely mechanical – no hydraulics required – which allow them to be environmentally friendly and suitable for clean room conditions.
