Seika Machinery Announces Quick Adjustment Times for NIKKO Magazine Racks
Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, releases NIX OF AMERICA’s NIKKO adjustable PCB racks that feature smooth width adjustment in less than five seconds using a patented rack and pinion system. Several models are available to accommodate any board size and loader/unloader.

NIKKO racks feature ESD-safe plastic card guides with 50 slots and are compatible with all equipment brands. All NIKKO racks feature a durable plastic base that is 30 percent stronger than the industry standard. Additionally, the adjustable racks feature heat-resistant card guides for board temperatures up to 275°F.
Additionally, customized racks are available to fit any PCB:
• Jumbo Magazine: Holds up to 24 x 28 PCBs
• Metal Magazine: Heat-resistance magazine for dry and oven processes
• Low Height Magazine: Available to add every 10 slots
