Introducing igus PRT-03 slew ring bearings

Made mainly of igus triboplastics and anodised aluminium, this slewing ring is lightweight and resistant to wear. The bearing is very rigid and particularly well-suited to applications that experience high load capacities. The performance limits of this bearing are rated to 120 rpm, axial dynamic loads of 45,000 N (pull) and 2,000 N (push) and a radial dynamic load of 1000 N. In addition, the igus PRT-03 slewing ring can withstand temperatures of up to 60 degC.

PRT-03 slewing rings are an extension of the of the igus PRT range of slewing rings that are already used within a wide and varied spectrum of applications, ranging from clean-room environments, such as those found in medical and precision measurement facilities, to harsh, industrial environments where there is a high level of soiling, such as those found in foundries.
