Complimenting its high quality precision ballscrews, Jena Tec is pleased to announce the introduction of a specialist gear and transmission component manufacturing service to the UK and USA markets.
Produced in Germany within the main Jenaer Gewindetechnik production facilities, the ZRF division of Jena Tec produces a wide range of specialist components such as bevel gears, worm and wheel shafts, rack and pinion and special miniature lead screws for a wide variety of high tech industries including optical, medical, automotive and precision automation and machinery.
Gears with diameters from 3mm to 160mm can be produced on modern production equipment with internal gear hobbing, planning and grinding on machines from Schaublin, Koepfer, Mikron, Reishauer and Lambert machines. Tooth accuracy can be provided up to IT4 quality with certified inspection results.
Jena Tec can provide specialist engineering know how in the design and selection of your gear design and welcome the opportunity to offer their customers a design appraisal service along with production facilities from prototype to commercial quantities produced strictly in accordance with DIN ISO 9001.
