MicroCare Introduces its Newest Cost-Saving Products at Productronica Hall A4 Stand 521

With the Productronica taking place next month, MicroCare is preparing to introduce its newest innovative range of chemistries and cost-saving production aids to the market. The full spectrum of MicroCare products will be exhibited in Hall A4 Stand 521 at the show in Munich, but perhaps of most note is the newest generation Trigger Grip System. The Trigger Grip works in partnership with the MicroCare portfolio of aerosol cleaners to clean circuit boards, mechanical parts and stencils. It can be adopted to suit the operator’s needs by way of interchangeable spray-thru brushes or dispensing needles.

Since it was brought to market in 1985 is has become a favoured tool within a number of industries. The product makes each can of solvent last longer, therefore saving money, whilst ensuring quick, precise and effective cleaning takes place.

The show will give us the opportunity to demonstrate the system’s capabilities, together with our full portfolio of products which include a number of new additions including electronic cleaner, PowerClean™ II and VeriClean™ No-Clean Defluxer.”

PowerClean II Lead-Free Flux Remover for Circuit Boards is one of the world’s strongest lead-free environmentally-friendly defluxers on the market today which is compliant with RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Used for defluxing, degreasing, cleaning connectors, removing light oxides and cleaning flux-covered pallets, PowerClean™ II easily flushes away lead-free residue, oils, inks and some conformal coatings without the formation of white residue, an important factor for many in the industry.

VeriClean™ No-Clean Defluxer will also be on display at Productronica. A highly effective and fast-drying circuit cleaner that replaces IPA alcohol on the benchtop it is the industry’s only circuit cleaner based on ultra-pure siloxanes working particularly well on any ‘no-clean’ fluxes and solder pastes. With its impressive ‘green credentials’ including RoHS and REACH compliance, the low VOC formula works well with the new generation Trigger Grip™ System to provide outstanding cleaning ability and peace of mind to the operator that the job is completed to the highest possible standard, whilst saving time during production.
