MicroCare Corp. Introduced the Latest Benchtop Cleaning Products

MicroCare exhibited its full portfolio of products, but most notably Nepcon was used as a platform to introduced VeriClean, a no-clean flux remover, PowerClean, the award-winning lead-free defluxer, and the unique Trigger Grip™ tool.

VeriClean™ No-clean Defluxer is a highly effective and fast-drying circuit cleaner that replaces IPA alcohol on the benchtop. Working particularly well on any ‘no-clean’ fluxes and solder pastes, VeriClean™ is the industry’s only circuit cleaner based on ultra-pure siloxanes. Siloxanes easily remove cured silicone conformal coatings and silicone adhesives, and work well on fluxes, pastes, organic residues, ionics, silicone-based conformal coatings, adhesives, grease and oils. Recommended for use on printed circuit boards and most electronic components and materials, VeriClean™ also has ‘green credentials’ with a low VOC formula, which is ozone-friendly and complies with many regulations including RoHS and REACH.

Also standing ahead of the crowd as a ‘green’ product is PowerClean™ Lead-Free Defluxer. This product is the strongest benchtop cleaner on the market today, and is engineered for cleaning solders and fluxes made with high-temperature lead-free materials. Easily flushing away lead-free residue, oils, inks and some conformal coatings without leaving white residues, PowerClean™ provides outstanding results on defluxing, degreasing, cleaning connectors, removing light oxides and cleaning flux-covered pallets.

Finally, visitors to Nepcon were introduced to the popular Trigger Grip™ System, which has been designed to improve the way solvents are used on the benchtop. The Trigger Grip™ system replaces the small pump bottles of alcohol or other solvents, which are often contaminated. The Trigger Grip reduces solvent consumption by up to 50%, improves the quality of the cleaning process, and speeds cleaning by 9%. The money saving benefits of Trigger Grip™ is unrivalled.
