Experts from Electrolube’s R & D department will join DIMA, manufacturers of tools and machines for the electronic industry, to offer advice and share knowledge on selective conformal coating. Electrolube will be available to answer all coating related questions, with DIMA sharing their know-how about automating the coating process.
Jade Bridges, Electrolube’s R & D Manager said: “When DIMA approached us to take part in a consultancy program on conformal coating we were pleased to help. It is the perfect opportunity for industry professionals to learn more about the process, and it is also a great way to speak with experts, allowing the audience to interact and learn more about the subject.
“With both teams of experts available to answer any questions visitors may have, we can offer advice not just on the machines, but also on the coatings and processes required. We hope that by combining our knowledge we can offer a thorough understanding which will result in a successful implementation of the process.”
Joyce Keunen from DIMA Group added: “Selective Conformal Coating involves many interesting details. Those that are well informed will have a head start when starting up this process, but those that underestimate this process can run into many problems that could have been prevented. Visiting the DIMA together with the expertise of the leading coating manufacturers like Electrolube will help customers to find the best possible solution in both materials and machine.”
As well as offering advice on the DIMA stand, booth 459, Electrolube also has their own stand, Hall A4 booth 271. The extensive portfolio of products will be on display, including the complete range of VOC-free conformal coatings, which have been designed to reduce the impact of conformal coating applications on the environment as well as reducing the risk to the end user.
